An initial design brief is always carried out before work commences, this can either be done over the phone, email or at our office, conveniently situated just off the M6 and M62 motorways in Newton-le-Willows.
We ensure that your requests are going to reach the right audience with the right message, guiding you in the right direction. We aim to develop an eye catching website that will stand out from the crowd. Our approach is always to work with you, our customer to identify your needs.
You supply the content, photo's and corporate identity style if you have these, then we produce rough layout sketches and colour guides. If you are happy, we then commence with the design.
Deposit
Unless you are already an account customer of Willow Web Design or Willow Printing and Design Limited, we would require a 25% deposit and full payment on collection.
Copyright
Please use your own photo's for your website, do not download photo's from other existing websites, or scan from leaflets and brochures.
If you do supply photo's or images that are at a later date found to belong to someone else, the responsibility is completely yours.
Willow Web Design cannot be responsible for any text, photo's or images supplied.
Ownership
Whether we are hosting the site for you or you are hosting it yourself, your site will be supplied to you on a disk. This means you are free to go to another web designer or hosting company in the future.
VAT
Because most of our customers are VAT registered, it seems only right for us to show our prices without VAT. VAT will be added to the total invoiced price.
